What types of cleaning equipment do you offer for hire?
We offer a commercial cleaning machines including carpet shampoo machines, floor scrubbers and polishers. If you’re not sure which machine suits your needs, our team is happy to advise.
How long can I rent the equipment for?
We offer flexible rental periods to suit your needs—daily, weekend, weekly, or longer-term hire options are available. Let us know your timeframe when booking, and we’ll tailor a rental package accordingly.
How do I rent the machine?
Please complete the rental enquiry via the button on the page and include your contact details, the machine you would like to rent and the preferred dates and we will contact you to organise payment, and pick up. You will need to show you ID , leave a $500 deposit and complete a credit card authorisation when you collect the machine.
Do you deliver the rental machine?
Delivery (small fee) and Pick Up options are available in the Sydney Metro area.
How do I rent and return a rental on the weekend if you are closed?
Machines will need to be picked up and returned during store hours: Monday to Friday 830-530pm or Saturday 830am-12pm. A Friday pick up wil be at a weekend rate and the machine will need to be returned during store hours on the Monday.
Do I need to clean the machine before returning it?
Yes, we ask that all hired machines are returned in the condition you received them in. Excessively dirty machines may incur a cleaning fee. If you're unsure how to clean the equipment, feel free to ask our team for guidance when you collect it.
Is a deposit or bond required?
Yes, a refundable bond of $500 is required for all rentals and will be returned once the equipment is returned in good working order. This can be paid with cash or card.
What happens if the machine breaks down during my rental period?
If the equipment malfunctions during your hire, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and either repair or replace the machine as quickly as possible. Please note that damage caused by misuse is the renter’s responsibility.
What happens if I lose the machine?
If the equipment is not returned in correct working order then you will be charged a replacement fee minus the deposit paid.
