According to the stock availability, most of the orders will be ready for pick up within 24 hours of order placement.

 

Convenience

To expedite the shopping process, we always have free parking available, and in special cases we will be able to do a contactless pick-up if notified in advance. For more info on parking read below and on any other queries, please feel free to contact us.



Parking

If you are visiting us for 30 mins and less, we recommend you to park on the front side of our store between 8:30 AM and 3 PM. 
 
If you are visiting us for more than 30 mins, we suggest you park at a designated parking area next to our loading dock and at the back side of Crossways Hotel. The parking is available for 3 hours for free. 
 
Another option is to park on the Barton Street (Next to Big Clean) in the parking grids for 30 mins for free and if you go further down the street, parking is available for free. 


Identification 

In the case of Click & Collect, we will call you once your order is ready for pick-up. Please bring your physical identification and order confirmation. Order pick up will not be allowed without identification. If you are picking up the order for someone else, please carry a soft-copy of their identification for our perusal.

NOTE: We are happy to hold the purchased item for thirty days. If the purchaser shows up after thirty days of purchase, we might have to re-order the item. We will be making follow up calls to the customers who has not picked up their items after making a click & collect purchase.
